A couple of close ups of the gold zig-zag stitching, all those ends now have to be taken through to the back & secured !!

Beginning to line the stole with 100% cotton. The long outer edge, lower bottom & a small portion of the inner edge are stitched first. Then the back of the neck seam, the stole is then turned right side out, carefully pressed and finished by hand.

This photo gives you some idea of how small the needle is that I stitch with. This ensures that my stitches are hardly seen on the finished piece.
And viola FINISHED !!!
