This commission came from a retired headteacher who wanted their stole to reflect their favourite hymn Shine Jesus Shine and the words ‘Lord the light of your love is shining, In the midst of the darkness shining’. I decided to try something a little different & went more abstract than I usually do, the client loved it. It is really vibrant & bursting with colour
This stole is created using ivory silk Dupion for the main body of the stole with machine embroidered sun rays edged in gold metallic thread.
